Presented by the Historical Society of Phillipston
Wednesday, November 14th at 7:00 P.M.
Congregational Church Vestry
Jeanine has lived on Queen Lake for five years and never runs out of sights that inspire a painting. She always carries her camera with her so she can capture the scene or activity she wants to paint when she gets back to her studio. She says it’s wonderful living in a place where she is surrounded by subjects to paint — the wildlife, the scenery, the people, historic places, pets, gardens, activities. She likes the quiet location of the town. She says Phillipston is located in the middle of nowhere, yet you can jump in your car and quickly get to whatever services or shops you need. Come hear the story that took her from the Bronx of New York to our rural town, and see the display of scenes she has illustrated. Talking with her makes one realize how fortunate we are to live here. All are welcome. Refreshments will be served following the program.
